Metcon: 9.05 RX. Did Game Standard Pushups, the last round of 21 was a joke, i was ripping 3 at a clip.
Post: 8x135, 8x105, 8x105. Tris and shoulders were dead.
Then did 4x25 DUs. Committed to mastering those, a buddy came up with a WOD that includes 500 DUs, so I am trying to get better at them.
Did my own thing today, wasn't really feeling like woring out with the lack of sleep.
