  1. New PR on this but I think I could've gone heavier if I had more time.

    1 RM C+J: 165(10# PR, BW 157 as of this morning). I was able to squat clean 175 but didn't fully get under the bar on the jerk. Only had 3 tries and was really close, so I can definitely get it. Might come back in later tonight to try again.

  2. @Ty: I ended up getting 4 + 5 snatches. I spent about 3 minutes on snatches and 7 minutes trying to figure out DUs, which is about what I expected. Snatches were unbroken for 2 rounds, then 8 and 7, for the next 2. My calves were messed up afterwards, I definitely need to improve my DUs because I'm sure I could've gotten over 5 rounds if I wasn't so slow at them.     couldnt get out of the bottom of the squat on 165. crap.

  6. got up to 205 w/ a non ass to ankle squat. went straight to 215 and failed a couple times. Hang cleaned 225 for shits.

    Did the "flight Simulator" double under wod for shits but at a very leisurely pace....like 20 minutes while chatting w/ bros. will likely have sore calves tomorrow. word motha fuckas!

  8. No PR for this guy. Still about 25-30#s off. Got 205. These take a lot of practice and you lose them fast if you stop for awhile it seems...
