My shoulders fried from the 120 total 2 pood kbs from yesterday. I don't think I've ever done anywhere near that much in 1 workout at that weight before. They're still in the "exhausted and jittery" phase, which means the "sore as all hell" phase will hit me tomorrow.
But like I've said, you don't get stronger by going lighter. Good times.
