ReplyDeleteCleans sucked bad, just completely out of stamina today. Feeling a whole lot better about being explosive in the hips at least.
Pullups and KTEs felt solid throughout.
19:55 135# green band for 21 15 pull ups last 9 kipped no band. have to incorporate this more.
