  1. push press: did not really know where a 3RM would be for this lift, so in hindsight my intervals were too small

    95-105-115-125-135...135 felt good, but did not increase because already at a high # of reps

    metcon @ 1 pood: 12:28...really wanted sub 12', but wheels fell off on the last run. kb snatches unbroken.

    post: sots press 3x5 @ 25#...difficult, but awesome.

    Wasn't until round 4 where I actually clicked with the snatches and the kettlebell stopped bouncing off my wrist. Glad I stayed light to work on the form.
