  1. "Death by power cleans" @ 145# (87% of 1RM): 8 rounds + 6 reps. Went a little heavy, but I figured that was the best way to really get my hips into it.

Post: 947 meters on the Toboggan row and a few GHD raises. Hip flexors were really cooked after the row, it's going to be fun doing heavy deadlifts and squats tomorrow.

  4. I believe it's one power clean the first minute, 2 the second minute, 3 the third minute....until you cant make the number in the alloted time. same weight the whole time.

Thank you Tyler. Are you guys doing them from the floor or hang?

  6. We did them as power cleans this morning. Try to go heavy enough that you'l struggle to get to 10 rounds.

  7. Power clean ladder at 155# - 11 rounds. When I got the last rep with 1 second to go, I kind of just quit on 12.

    GH Raises - 5, 5, 7
    One armed rows 60# 3x8
Tabata row debacle - clock on the C2 turned off after two rounds, started over, main clocked stopped at 20 min after 2 rounds. F it.

5 sets of behind the head wide grip strict pullups. Didn’t track reps, but all were between 3-6 range.
