  2. Anything sub 18:00/17:00 is pretty good, by the way.

  4. 13:38 w/ 95lbs.

Went unbroken on the first and fifth set of OHS. I'm gonna be sore tomorrow. I haven't run since our last CF wod w/ 400s.

Practiced about 5 sets of 30 double unders. went unbroken 3/5. Hopefully can get this down by Sat.

  5. 15:55 @ 75#

    couple quick things:

    1. good luck tonite drywall

    2. this is probably not the best WOD to assess how much speed one has lost over the winter...or at least that is what i keep telling myself

    3. 4/4 on sets of unbroken 30 DUs. stopped after 4 because while tyler may have absolutely crushed me in the WOD, i at least beat him in these. ha.

    4. looking forward to the Open workout on sat

    good 9am class.

  6. Nancy: 23:53 @ 53#

Not happy with that at all but considering my OHS PR is only 55# from about a month ago, I guess I'll take it. Runs were pretty consistent in the 1:45-1:55 range.

  7. 14:something - subbed 115# front squats. Shoulder dislocation on high reps overhead is KILLING ME.

Joel, if that is your PR and you just did 75 reps at 53#s I'd say you did pretty damn good dude!
