    11.5 score: 197 (6 rds + 2 WB)...TTB unbroken until last rd, WB unbroken thru 3 rds, cleans difficult.

    Loved the general chaos of picking your order and varied rep schemes, trying to figure out what to do next. Got a reminder of what Construct will be like in august.

  3. Did the OWoD today. I wanted to get 1 round/2 minutes but had to drop that to 1 round/~2.5 minutes after the first 5 rounds. Ended up with 8 rounds + 13 WB. Worst part was the TTB. Had to start breaking those up after 4 rounds. Cleans and WB not too difficult but the WB definitely sucked the life out of me. Good job everyone else who went at 1 today.

  5. Gave the Open WOD a shot today, with modifications.
    Power cleans @65# and knee raises instead of TTBs.

    Ended up with 8 full rounds.

  6. Board shorts and no shirt, unless not in good enough shape to pull off no shirt. Some sunglasses too, workout spilled into the driveway, they have a big garage door.

    3 beers deep at 10am local time. Loving life.
