  2. good video. Just a shame that they have a huge space and filled it with all that crap. Plus if we did that stuff I would make you guys wear football helmets so it wouldn't look as cool

  3. That was great, I wonder what their gym waiver looks like.

    Chin-ups using 10#
Metcon: 9:52. Running has definitely gotten much stronger. Push ups were paced good until the last round.

Finally learned the fundamentals of rope climb after years of dodging it.

  10. Well, I can probably get one full round. I might even be saucy enoug to get through some of the burpees on the second round.

  11. Okay, so I just saw the mainsite and have decided to downgrade to less than a round. I guess it all depends on how fast I can do the OHS.

  12. My thoughts on the 11.4 WOD: WTF? I get why it is an AMRAP (instead of 'for time') and why muscle ups are at the end; if you can't do a muscle up, you can still collect 90 reps and continue in the competition as opposed to DNF. But, 60 burpess and 30 OHS at 120#? What percentage of the CF population can really finish 2 full rounds of that in 10 minutes? 1%?

  13. hence, the weed-out has begun drywall. i thought it would not have occurred for one more week, but alas, the brain-trust that is HQ decided otherwise.

  14. Here's what's funny: the two people they used to demonstrate the WOD did not finish one full round. There's going to be a log jams of people tied at rep 90, 91, 92, 93 etc.

After seeing that, I think the goal is to just complete 1 round, anything after that is gravy.
