SWOD backsquat WOD 8:49 @ 45#bar and a killer 14#ball. My form definitely broke the last set of wall balls. :-/
Got today's WOD in but went slow because I'll be doing the open WOD tomorrow at 3:10.SWOD: BS 5-5-5+. Felt really weak on these. I've dropped almost 10 pounds in the last couple of weeks so I really need to put the calories on.Metcon - 7:42 @ 95/20. Did the snatches and wall balls at a very leisurely pace but everything felt fine. Hopefully my traps aren't sore for tomorrow.
