  2. Turkish get-ups: 35-25-25-25-25#. 35# was a bit shakey so decided to scale down to keep a decent form. Still kicked my butt.

  4. Turks - Thought this was 3x5 not 5x3. 35#x5, 40#x5, figured out I was doing it wrong, 33#bar x2

    Used a 20# dumbbell on the chinups and pullups.

  7. SWOD: 5-5-5+ for deadlift and bench. Then did one set of 3 TGUs at 1.5 pood kbell. Out of time and my arms were cooked from ze benching.

    Then did the WOD with 20# extra because my midgety height leads to a low bodyweight (and my board shorts and white shirt make me so damn elite).

    Tabata row - 979. Was hoping to break 1k, but still, take that Dikembe.

    Then did 3 TGUs per arm with 25#.
