    Not going to lie, pretty bad hangover, I was just happy to finish. CTB's all unbroken, happy with that.

  3. Think I did this in 13 something with the games pushups. Oddly didn't break a sweat till the 3rd 500.

  4. 14:11 w/ game std push ups. i hate hate hate this series of movements. we did this a couple months back with rest between each round and i almost vomitted. now, with no rest, the wheels just fell off in the 3rd and 4th rd.
