  2. Press - 105#x5, 120#x5, 135#x5. Shoulders are pretty fried from yesterday.

    WOD: 12:23. Focused more on jerk form than time, combination of the practice I need in split jerks and being kind of gassed. I did pick it up in the last round just to get it over with.

    3x8 box step ups 2x30# dumbbells from yesterday.

    WOD Rx: 7:20...first time doing thrusters at 95# in a workout. hurt.
