SWOD: bench and back squat 3-3-3+ Bench: 110-125-140(9) BS: 175-200-225(7)
Didn't want to do Fran in disguise because I'll probably do it sometime this weekend so I decided to do something fun.
2 big tire flips per minute for 10 minutes. I'm glad we don't have Atlas stones and logs because if we did I would never pick up a barbell or kettlebell again. Scratch that, I would still do power snatches, but that's about it.
Need to change the grip on my thrusters, I’ve been trying a wider grip so I can grip the bar while also letting it rest on my shoulders on the squat, but it is absolutely killing my shoulders and probably taking the power out of my overhead.
Is there any weight to these thrusters or is it just the bar like in Jackie?
