I think my time was 7:13 or so. My legs were killing me after the first 5 reps. I want to tackle this again soon. Still about a 2min PR from my previous though :)

55# weighted pull ups - 5, 5, 6, 4
Randy in 5:46. Did 15, then some 10s, then a bunch of 5s. Tried to keep rest periods down but I probably could have gone a bit faster.
