Dead lift
5-3-1+ Advanced
5-5-5 Beginner

Then for time 7 Rounds of the following with exactly 1 minute rest in between each round
10 Wall Ball
10 KB Swings
5 weighted pull ups (strict)

Post wod 10 rope climbs

    Metcon: 16:42 @ 1.5pood/20# WB/25# db for first set and 20# thereafter. Pullups were brutal.

  3. Deadlift
    295#x5 (mental error) 285#x5, 285#x5. Goofed and put 10’s on when I meant to put 5’s on. Felt a real bump in difficulty making this jump from last week at 265#. Went slower and made sure my back was set before each rep. Look forward to pushing 300 for the first time next week.

    WOD: wb 20#, kbs 1.5 pood, pull ups 30#

    13:23. Unbroken pull ups through 5 rounds, didn’t get that “oh crap” feeling until round 7, but stuck with the same weight doing 5 singles.

    Post - rope climbs...I guess there’s more skill to this than I realized. I can get up a few times using all arms, but 10 requires some sort of acquired foot technique that I need to work on...needless to say I didn’t get it done today.

    13:39 1.5 pood, 20lb walls. 20# pullups on the first set, 10 on the second and no weight on teh last 5. probably shoud have sacraficed some time to get more weight.
