  1. Runs - 0:57, 1:03, 1:05, 1:09, 1:11. Calfs are still messed up from the first OWoD. Party and OWoD now bitches, come on in, we'll be here until 2:00 at least. I'll report back on whether I actually get a full round.

  2. So I got my 1.5 rounds on the OWoD. Not too bad for 157# BW and 170# PR on a jerk. Good job everyone else who crushed it.

  5. Saturday: 17 rounds on the Open C&J workouts. Used a split jerk and a push press, need to get more comfortable with a push jerk, which would be ideal for that kind of workout.

    Sunday: Bench press 5-3-1+ - 225#, 235#, 245#x2

    WOD from Friday: 15 minute AMRAP
    10 box jumps 24”
    10 thrusters 95#
    10 pull ups
    10 wall balls 20#
    10 american kbs 1.5pood

    4 rounds + 10 wall balls. Really wanted 5 on this, gamed it early to not burn out so fast and came 10 reps away from it. This workout is just hard as shit. Incapacitated on the ground for a good 5 minutes afterward.

    Post - 3 max sets of rings dips and 65# reverse curls. Really didn’t have much left.
