Rest/ Make up day


Starting Monday May 2nd, 6 am and 9 am classes will be held every weekday. Also the May challenge will be announced tomorrow. The date is Saturday May 21st and it will begin at 1 pm.

    Wod 5 rounds
    10 each arm 40# push press
    10 box jump 24"
    10 strict ttb.
    9:11. Strict ttb slowed this thing down a lot.

  3. was looking forward to attempting last saturday's WOD, but the weather did not cooperate, so...

    went against tyler in the following:

    50 DUs
    50 sit ups
    5 HSPU (1 ab mat)
    40 DUs
    40 sit ups
    5 HSPU
    30 DUs
    30 sit ups
    5 HSPU
    20 DUs
    20 sit ups
    5 HSPU
    10 DUs
    10 sit ups
    5 HSPU

    9:10...the last two sets of HSPU fell apart (the last set took like a minute) and i could not keep pace with ty anymore. crap.

    Tripped up really bad on DUs tonight. Time to go back to the other speed rope I guess.

    7:24 with 1 abmat for the HSPU and big arm flailing on the situps (legit?)

    Happy i was able to do the HSPU. I've struggled with them in teh past.

    Squat snatch
    1-1-1-1-1

    7 Thrusters
    7 Burpees
    7 Power cleans

    Definitely a lung burner. I'll post my time once its officially posted.

  11. Some of us are doing the last Games WOD tomorrow (sat) after the 11am class. Anyone that's interested should come by and get the workout in! it'll be a tough one.
