SWOD: bench and dl 3-3-3+. Back felt tight on dls, probably a result on my numerous falls on the ice last night.
Did some squat snatches up to 125#, didn't really push weight, was trying to work on good form and speed under the bar.
Did the OWoD instead of the metcon. 12 + 8 CTB (83). Much harder than Fran, those CTBs add up and my pressing is still prettyy weak so the thrusters sucked as well. Shoulders already sore which isn't a good sign.

SWOD: deadlifts and presses. I can definitely feel a difference in my lifts, so I am stoked.
