  2. SWOD: did 3-3-3+ for bench and DL, then some snatch grip DLs.

    Metcon - 4:55 @ 135#. Felt light, but that was about 78% of my max. I think I just need to go really heavy on these ones from now on.

    Post - a bunch of 115 & 125# OHS and squat snatch attempts. Derek, thanks for the pointers on the squat snatches.
