  3. Decided my posterior chain and quads weren't already sore enough, so:

    SWOD: BS 3-3-3+. Weak as shit on these. Could only get 1 rep on the last set.

    Then for time: 10-8-6-4-2 Front Squats @ 135#. One rope climb after each set of FSs. 3:34, no feet on rope climbs.

    Post: 2 big tire flips per minute for 5 minutes.

  4. 10 round plus 2 box jumps on the games WOD. I agree with Tyler, but not as bad as when I over-pooded Tuesday's workout.

    Box jumps are my big area for improvement, they went to shit in the late rounds. I look forward to jumping up and down over and over again once we get this rumored Rogue shipment.

  7. Just did some strength work today to make up for some stuff I didn't work on at all this past week.

    Front squat
    135#x5, 165#x5, 185#x5, 205#x3

    Strict press
    95#x5, 115#x5, 135#x5, 155#x1

    Did some tricep work as well.

    Did the open WOD solo. 9 + 2push ups

    Got coached by Derek "you're push-ups only count if your body is flat as a board" Freiberg.

    Probably wont be able to walk tomorrow, so i'll see you guys on Wednesday the earliest.
