Then for time

400 m Run

Then Complete 5 Rounds of the following
4 P. Press  (75% of one rep max strict press)
8 Push Ups
12 Lunges

400 m Run


Post WOD 
3x5 Close grip bench

  4. 5x5 Dead hang pull ups. 1st two sets unbroken, pretty happy with that. That's one advantage to being out/fresh for a week. However...

    WOD: 9:07 @ 70#. Thank goodness for only two runs in this. I'm just now pulling myself off the floor. Thanks @John for going at it with me.

    metcon: 7:15 @ 105# (~80% of 1RM)

    post close grip: 95-115-135(failed on 5th rep)

  6. 5x5 dead hang pullups. only got 3 in a row, the rest singles.

    metcon 9:30 @115 should have went heavier on the push press.
