  Zercher Race
Complete 8 trips of 50 Meter Zercher Walk

One Minute On...One Minute Off...for 10 minutes of:
30 KB Swings (2/1.5pood)
*You have 1 minute to get 30 KB swings.  If you do not get 30 KB Swings in 1 minute, count a penalty. 
*Perform this workout one minute on and one minute off.  Total time is 10 minutes. 
*For any penalty counted, perform  25 burpees. 


Post:
2 Min L sit  (Partition as needed)

  1. Bench - 215# - 5-5-6. Knew during this that yesterday's workout beat me up, wasn't going to be a stellar day.

    16 trips of 25 meter zercher - 155# for 8, then 176# farmers carry for 8. The zercher got too uncomfortable.

    Swings - 30-20-20-20-20.

    To be honest, I didn't have the energy for some burpee penalty and haven't done any strength rows in a couple weeks, so did rings rows - 5x10

    Didn't notice the L sit post. Whoops.

    then
    Zercher at 83#.

    Swings @44#... 30, 30, 26, 21, 25
    Had a nasty callous break during the 4th set, hence the lower number.
