Bench - 215# - 5-5-6. Knew during this that yesterday's workout beat me up, wasn't going to be a stellar day.
ReplyDelete16 trips of 25 meter zercher - 155# for 8, then 176# farmers carry for 8. The zercher got too uncomfortable.
Swings - 30-20-20-20-20.
To be honest, I didn't have the energy for some burpee penalty and haven't done any strength rows in a couple weeks, so did rings rows - 5x10
Didn't notice the L sit post. Whoops.
