Front Squat: 215#, which is a 10# increase. I think that I could go higher but everything is sore from the sectionals WOD and John G's evil Sunday WOD.

doc, im with ya. I just didnt feel "right" at all yesterday after that John G WOD. i think Ill skip the ring rows today after 100 some odd renegade rows yesterday. talk about a sunday funday...

Front Squat max - 225#, tied PR. Failed at 235#, oh so close.
ReplyDeleteWOD: 105#. 5:20. Wanted to do 115# but it was too hard in warm ups. Unbroken on OHS first 2 rounds, broke once in round 3. Hopefully I can do 115# next time.

did first round of OHS unbroken, then broke up the 2nd and 3rd set in 5's. was a lung burner. That last set of burpees was a bitch.
