Rest/ Make up Day

  1. Did CFCE wod @ LP today.

    3 x 4 then 4 x 1
    3 Rounds - 4 minutes per round followed by 4 rounds - 1 minute per round
    Rest 2 minutes between the 3x4 and 4x1

    Pretty nasty one, but kept pace consistent.

    3x6min interval, 3 min rest between each round; keep s/m at 24-28

    rd 1: 1575m
    rd2: 1533m
    rd3: 1522m

    not my best effort. tomorrow is another day.

  3. Did yesterday's WOD.

    3x hang squat snatch: worked up to 155x3, 165x2 just missed the last rep at 165. caught it really deep and fell forward.

    Metcon: 21-15-9 overhead/burpee 6:48 @95#

    amrap ttb 2min: 33
    Lost my rhythm on these.

    50 russian kb swings w/ 44lb
