20 Shoulder to overhead any how (65-75% of your one rep max split or push jerk)
40 Burpees

Post WOD
3 minutes of handstand hold partition as needed

  1. Worked up to 205 on the jerk. Tried for 225 but failed twice...came close tho.

    Did Monday's workout. Went a bit light on the squats b/c of my back. went up to 155.

    8 overheads at 115#
    25 box jumps 24" tire
    4:08

    Was spent after this one.
