Worked up to 205 on the jerk. Tried for 225 but failed twice...came close tho. 5:35 on the method with 135
Sunday:Did Monday's workout. Went a bit light on the squats b/c of my back. went up to 155. Metcon: 3 rounds 8 overheads at 115#25 box jumps 24" tire4:08 Was spent after this one.
