Dead Lift 5-5-5


5 Rounds for Time of the following

50 Single Under jump rope (unbroken)
25 Russian KB Swings (unbroken)
15 Push Ups

Post WOD

5 Min Double Under Skill Work
3x8 Single Arm Bent over rows with db or kb

    WOD: 19:21 with 35# KB

    After doing a total of 300 extra SUs in the last 2 rounds I decided it was best to move on.

  4. Did Yesterdays workout

    up to 135# on the 3 rep thruster. I get a 2nd knee dip when i get heavy. can't seem to shake that.

    Mecon: 7:46 at 95# - most of the thusters had a 2nd knee dip. tough one.

  5. Did Monday's workout too.

    Thrusters: 95-125-135-145(f)

    Metcon - 9:24 @ 105/20. Probably went a little too heavy on the thrusters, had to do them in quick sets of 3. Double wall balls were ridiculous, had trouble beating the ball on a few in the last set.

    Run 400m (me and buddy hadnt run in a while)
    Total Time: 16.20

    Did some sets of 20 DUs

    Thrusters: 75-80-85#

    Metcon: 8:33 @ 55#, a 8# wall ball, and the green band for PUs.

    The double wall balls were rough.

  8. Worked up to 155# DL.

    WOD: 8:28 with 30# KB and girly push ups. It was excellent to have Daniel next to me since he powered through at top speed.
