Dead Lift: 130#-150#-175#-185#(3)WOD: 19:21 with 35# KBAfter doing a total of 300 extra SUs in the last 2 rounds I decided it was best to move on.
DL: 185-215-245metcon @ 1.5 pood: 9:09post: one set of rows with 35#, then last two sets at 55#100 DUs
Did Yesterdays workoutup to 135# on the 3 rep thruster. I get a 2nd knee dip when i get heavy. can't seem to shake that. Mecon: 7:46 at 95# - most of the thusters had a 2nd knee dip. tough one.
Did Monday's workout too.Thrusters: 95-125-135-145(f)Metcon - 9:24 @ 105/20. Probably went a little too heavy on the thrusters, had to do them in quick sets of 3. Double wall balls were ridiculous, had trouble beating the ball on a few in the last set.
