    metcon @ 120# (65% 1RM): 7:28, with construct burpee standards. too many short breaks.

    post: 25 GHR and jump rope work.

    WOD: 9:05 @ red band, 95# for the first two rounds, 75# for last four. Definitely underestiamted the wod/overestimated myself. Listen to the percentages...
