  5. Got in a quickie SWOD during Tuesday of 5 dogs-to-watch-week.

    SP: 5-3-1+ 75-85-95(6)
    Deadlift: 5-3-1+ 265-300-335(4) didn't want to push it on the deads because I didn't want my hip flexors to cramp up on the bike.

    Post WOD: 30 hspu hahahaha yeah right, shoulders were absolutely done with those 1 second holds at the top of the push presses. Did 40 ring dips instead.
