21-15-9 reps of the following

KTEs

Cleans ( must pass through a full squat ) 135/95 or 50 - 60 % of your one rep max squat clean.

Pull ups.

  2. PreWOD: 5-3-1+ deadlifts. Did 5 at 150# yippiiie.

    WOD: 15:11 @ 73#, green band, and knee raises

    Cleans sucked bad, just completely out of stamina today. Feeling a whole lot better about being explosive in the hips at least.

    Pullups and KTEs felt solid throughout.

  4. 19:55 135# green band for 21 15 pull ups last 9 kipped no band. have to incorporate this more.

    kte got ugly after ten on the first round.

  5. 12:53 @135#. Did singles on all the cleans but kept them pretty steady.

    Pullups and KTEs were steady also.
