    Bench 5x205, 5x225, 5x245

    Metcon: 9.05 RX. Did Game Standard Pushups, the last round of 21 was a joke, i was ripping 3 at a clip.

    Post: 8x135, 8x105, 8x105. Tris and shoulders were dead.

    Then did 4x25 DUs. Committed to mastering those, a buddy came up with a WOD that includes 500 DUs, so I am trying to get better at them.

    2 KB C + J @ 1.5 pood - 26, definitely harder than Grace, I hate to thing what two 2 poods would feel like.
