    Back to working on Snatch form. It's a bad sign in a metcon when I'm actually looking forward to the wall ball portion.

    WOD: 6:52 @ 85#/20#...was not feelin' the 95# snatches at 6am. WBs sucked in the third round. deceptive little shits.

    WOD 8:49 @ 45#bar and a killer 14#ball. My form definitely broke the last set of wall balls. :-/

  4. Got today's WOD in but went slow because I'll be doing the open WOD tomorrow at 3:10.

    SWOD: BS 5-5-5+. Felt really weak on these. I've dropped almost 10 pounds in the last couple of weeks so I really need to put the calories on.

    Metcon - 7:42 @ 95/20. Did the snatches and wall balls at a very leisurely pace but everything felt fine. Hopefully my traps aren't sore for tomorrow.
