  2. Squat snatch: ugh, bad form today, up to 63#

    Metcon: 9:49 @ 65#

    Post: 3x8 weighted good mornings @ 45#, and a haphazard 2k row on the janky C2. 8:18.

  3. SWOD: deadlifts and presses. I can definitely feel a difference in my lifts, so I am stoked.

    Metcon: 9:14 @53#. The thrusters got heavy, while the power cleans remained light.

    Post: 53# good mornings and stealing back lasagna tray from the wolfy.

  5. SWOD: bench and dl 3-3-3+. Back felt tight on dls, probably a result on my numerous falls on the ice last night.

    Did some squat snatches up to 125#, didn't really push weight, was trying to work on good form and speed under the bar.

    Did the OWoD instead of the metcon. 12 + 8 CTB (83). Much harder than Fran, those CTBs add up and my pressing is still prettyy weak so the thrusters sucked as well. Shoulders already sore which isn't a good sign.
