Did 11.6 in Maui, 91 total reps (full 15 round + 1 thruster). Hot and humid, felt like mid-summer Chicago. Happy with the score but thought about doing it tomorrow in cooler weather...screw it, I'm glad to be done with these.
@Leigh: don't trip girl! lol. That sounds like something I would do. I have brain farts all the time:) I forget where I am and what round I am on. I must write every WOD in huge bubble letters on my hand (ala Sarah Palin) or the white board.
@Drywall: This is the longest honeymoon EVER! When are you coming back?! lol.
metcon: DNF...splits :28/1:05/1:56...left the box at 9:30 mark for my mile but got dizzy a little more than 1/2 way through and had to walk back to the box. frustrating. need to find a vestibular physical therapist.

Although I'm not a runner by any means, this WOD actually looks kinda cool. I'm assuming its an all out sprint.
ReplyDeleteGood day for this one.
ReplyDelete17:00 even. Mile was my fastest pace @ 6:14
Hopefully the weather sticks around, I'm psyched to start running consecutively again!
11.6 crossfit open WOD: completed round of 12 reps and got another 7 thrusters. awful.
ReplyDeletelooking forward to running tomorrow.
11.6 games wod. Completed full round of 12 and got 11 more thrusters. Tough for sure.
ReplyDeleteThis was fun except I got lost. Maybe I shouldn't be publicly admitting that. Fun running it with John A though.
ReplyDeleteI did the crossfit football workout:
ReplyDelete3 rds of:
10 KB swings R/L
10 squats with KB in rack position R/L
25m farmer carry with KB in rack position R/L
45 seconds rest
1:42, 2:15, 2:45
Good job today to all the OWOD people. You did a great job!!

18:07. Mile was a bit slow at 10:51, I should've went faster throughout rather than almost sprinting just at the end.
