Holy f'ing mother of Mary! Maybe I should of kept my mouth shut. How long does it take to get this done? Anyone know? will the gym stay open late as i stagger in after 10pm?

Did presses and BSquats as my SWODs. 5-3-1+ on both. Biggest improvement was in BSquats but pressing is still improving so I'm happy.For the metcon I did 2 C + J per round because my jerks need more improvement than my cleans. 145# which is about 87% of my jerk max.Post did the good mornings and box step ups.
Back has been pretty spent so kept my 5RM at 215#.For the WOD, started at 155# for 3 rounds but went up to 185# for the remainder.Good mornings were light at 65#.Step ups 65-65-75#.
Deadlifts- 225#, 275#, 305#, 325#. First time I've ever lifted over 300 on this.WOD at 205#Weighted step ups 95#, 135#, 155#
Deads: stopped at 275lbs. Clean metcon at 205lbs. weighted step ups - 95lb, 95lb, 115lbweighted good mornings - 65lbs. i pulled my ass on these last time. went light. felt better.
