Rest/Make Up Day

halfway through second 1K i realized i had no juice left from the beginning of the week and the 2K row that destroyed me yesterday. did 2x1K, 2min rest btwn
first 1K, 3:33
2nd 1K, kept pace at 1:50/500m for the most part
post: 3x8 renegade rows with 25# DBs
oh and looking forward to getting "hamhawked" (-tyler knudsvig) after the wod tomorrow evening.

225 clean and jerk
75 pullups
failed my first jerk. had to wait 20 seconds or so to get it again. 10lb PR.
did sets of 2 on the pullups until about 40. then singles. worked well for me.
1:43 on the 500 meter row. not sure what happened there.
