    Strict Press - 135#x3, 155#x3, 165#x3, 170#x1

    WOD - box jumps at 28" 7:53. Found a really good rhythm on box jumps. Not really speed repping, but using my arms to get momentum at a consistent pace.

    Worked on rope climbs.

    WoD - 10:02 @ 40" box jumps. Failed the first one but the rest went well. Got good at using my arms and good speed onto the box.
