Are you drinking enough water? How much is enough?
There are no definitive studies that pin point an exact amount of water to drink daily. But if you drink half of your body weight in ounces spread out throughout the day you should see better results while training and over all better health!

  2. Also make sure to get enough electrolytes. If you're drinking lots of water without getting sufficient potassium or sodium you may run into hypokalemia or hyponatremia. You'll generally find that you get leg cramps at night or your blood pressure is higher than usual when you have either condition. They can also increase the risk of Rhabdo, so if you're feeling off after a hot day and lack of hydration/electrolytes, it may be better to take a day off than push your body well beyond its limits.

A bunch of us at the gym use Nuun as electrolyte supplementation so that's something to look into if you don't feel like gatorade.

  10. WOD: 193# 15:41. I hate that it took me so long, but I am just going to get over myself and keep attempting double unders no matter how long it takes me. I am definitely improving, but they are still super slow going:(

  12. WOD @ 315#/55# SDHP - 11:44. Not enough rowers so Marc and I did 50 SDHP per round instead. They killed my grip and beat up my posterior chain so the heavy DL felt pretty nasty on rounds 2 and 3. DUs were okay with a non-speed rope, was stringing 15-25 together at a time so that's good.
