Strength work Bench 225# max sets 7 6 6. Improvement of about 2 reps per set ever since I started following an 8 rep program instead of the 5 rep. Deadlift 3x5 at 315#. One arm rows 2x10 at 60#, 2x6 at whatever the heavier set of powerblocks are (75-90?)
8x400m: 1:07x3, 1:09x2, 1:11, 1:10, 1:09...hammies destroyed after this.
