    Bench 225# max sets 7 6 6. Improvement of about 2 reps per set ever since I started following an 8 rep program instead of the 5 rep.
    Deadlift 3x5 at 315#.
    One arm rows 2x10 at 60#, 2x6 at whatever the heavier set of powerblocks are (75-90?)

    DU skill work with speed rope.

    weighted ring dips: 8reps @25#, 2x6 @ 35#

    3 min plank hold: partitioned as 1:30 x 2

    one arm rows 1x10 at 45#, 2x8 at 60#
