    Worked with John A on my butterfly form afterward. Figured out that my circle is too large and I expend too much energy, only way to shorten it is to move my hands farther apart. Need to play around with that.

  4. press: 125 - clearly need to work on this. not pleased.

    Scaled too light on this one. warmed up at 145 but was tweaking my back bringing it down. need work on these also considering my jerk is 225.

    3x5 kb clean and press at 44lb and a few at 55.

  5. Press: 85# :0( I dropped 10# off my PR:( I don't know what happened.

    Metcon at 65# was way too easy. I thought we were doing 75% of the press max. It turns out I could have used one of my higher clean and jerk maxes.
