    500m TT: 1:33.7 (4sec PR)

    3x6 good mornings: 95-115-115#

  2. Squat Cleans - 205#, 225#, 230# PR, 235# fail (caught it but couldn't squat it).
    Tried a few heavy hang cleans. Got 245# then 250#.

    137.7 on the 500 meter row

    weighted good mornings - 95, 95, 95, 115
