    dips: 0-25-35-44-55#

    WOD: 8:16, first 400 was ~1:05 and 2nd 400 was still sub 1:10, but then plyo pushups came around and the wheels fell off. i left for the run at 4:49 and ended as above...ugly.

  3. dips 5x 55#, 70#, 80#, 90#, 95#x3. Volume caught up, might have gone higher than 90# if I started higher.
