Nice surprise this morning, I thought the challenge finals were going to start tomorrow!

Compared to May 24th @ 9:47. Kept a slow and steady pace, front squats unbroken/4-3-3/3-3-4. Would have liked more improvement but June pretty much destroyed my schedule.
