Women's divisions

  1. Nice surprise this morning, I thought the challenge finals were going to start tomorrow!

    Div B: 8:53

    Compared to May 24th @ 9:47. Kept a slow and steady pace, front squats unbroken/4-3-3/3-3-4. Would have liked more improvement but June pretty much destroyed my schedule.

  3. I also did the women's beginner Rx and got 6:49.
    The best part is that I couldn't even do the 65# FS last month so thank you Crossfit Construct!
