Rest / make up day

We will have class tomorrow morning at 10 am. This will be an open gym format so stop in and make up a workout from last week, hit up a benchmark wod, or just get some strength work in.

    3 wall walks
    6 bodyweight DLs
    9 C2Bs
    12 (6/6) pistols

    6 rds even at 160# DLs and making sure my ass touched a 16" box on the pistols. pistols need a lot of work. good core workout.

    5 rounds + 6 pull ups.

    155# Deads, blue band for pull ups. Subbed push ups into a pike on the tire for wall walks.
