 5-5-5 Overhead squat

8 x 3 snatch grip deadlift
Rest 60 seconds between sets

3 minute amrap of the following

10 thrusters  (95/65 or 50 % of your one rep max thruster)
10 pull ups

Rest 3 minutes

3 minute amrap of the following

10 box jumps (24/20)
10 wall balls (20/14)
