This Saturdays fundraiser "Barbells For Boobs"  will begin at 10 am.  Once you arive we will assign you to a heat and heats will run every 15 minutes until everyone has completed the workout.  We will be holding a raffle with all proceeds getting donated to MIA.  If you have any questions or need to come in at a certain time do to time constraints please feel free to email me with any questions.

8 sets of 3 thrusters
Rest 60 seconds use 50-55% of your one rep max

3 x 8 romanian deadlift

5 minutes for as many reps as possible of the following
5 squat jumps
10 pulls on the rower

Rest 3 minutes

3 minutes for as many reps as possible of the
5/5 single arm Russian kb swing
10 wall balls (20/14)
