    Getting back into heavy squats now that my left leg is feeling better.

    Back squat, 2 min rest between sets - 185x5, 185x5, 225x5, 225x5, 235x5, 235x5.

    400m prowler push with 180# - 6:31. Hard as hell but way more fun than running a mile.
