Bench Press
 5-5-5

10-8-6-4-2  reps of the following

Push Ups   (Hands Off the Ground at the bottom)
Push Press  (60 Percent of your one rep max strict pres)
Burpees 

Post WOD
3 max sets of Ring Dips

    Tried to hit a new 5 rep max on the 2nd set, burned out on the 3rd.

    Was very happy with 225...havent done any bench press lately.

    My one rep max was 105lbs so I am surprised I got 5 at 105lbs.
