Advanced =10 x 3 Dead lifts ( use 60% of your one rep max. and rest exactly 30 seconds between sets)
Beginner = 3 x 5

3 Rounds for time of the following

10 Front Squats (155/105)
50 Double Unders
10 KB Swings American (Heavy)

Post WOD
3x5 Good Mornings
25 GHD Sit Ups

    Metcon @ 125# (70% 1RM) and 2 pood: 6:41, first set FS unbroken, then 5-5, and 4-3-3.

    WOD RX 9:37. I have yet another speed rope that I'm trying out, struggled a bit but I think this one is worth try to stick with.

    worked on butterfly CTBs. was able to string 5 together.

    CFE mainsite workout with george.

    20lbs vest 3x( 200m + 400m+ 600m)

    Rest the exact time it takes you to do each interval in each set. EX. 200m run in 35 sec. rest 35 sec then 400m run, rest 400m time, run 600m, rest 600m time, run 200m, etc.

    Metcon: 13:36 @ 105#/44#kb.

    I attempted double unders in the 1st round, only got 1 in 15; then 3 rounds of 50 single unders + 15 burpees
