rest/make up day
Will you be a part of the May 2011 Challenge?  If so check out the information and get signed up.  The first workout will be may 21and we will repeat it again six weeks later.  The most improved in each division will recieve a free one month pass to crossfit.

    95-105-115 (5# off of old 1RM)

    endurance work: 6x400m, rest 2 min between each run, stay within 3 sec of fastest time

    went at about 90-95% RPE

  3. Did Friday's wall ball/burpee workout: 8:14 @ 12# wall ball.

    1 mile- can't verify I ran a mile, just went off time it usually takes me
    100 pushups game standard
    200 Sit-ups
    300 air squats
    1 mile run
    @ 2800 ft= 47 min
